Mulberry House is situated in the heart of Rondebosch with easy access to Cape Town Airport and the City centre freeway. It is walking distance to Newlands rugby and cricket grounds. The home is very secure, in a quiet road and has 2 newly refurbished, upmarket units both with secure off street parking. The larger Blue room has 1 extra length king-size or 2 single beds, a separate kitchenette with fridge, microwave, 2 plate stove, kettle and toaster. The large ensuite bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and double basins. The slightly smaller adjacent Red room has a kitchenette, kingsize bed (or 2 single beds) and an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. This can be used in conjunction with the Blue room for families. Newlands Cottages consist of three attractively restored, self-catering cottages with small private gardens in the convenient Rondebosch area. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated. The decorating style of the cottages is the "Shabby Chic" style that suits the authentic history of the cottages. Each cottage is as close to the original design as possible with oregan wood floors, original doors, door frames and decorating style. General Amenities: The cottages are ideal for three or four individual groups, or for family/friends who want to stay close but still have privacy. Years ago Kaapse Draai used to be a protea nursery and, even though you won't find proteas, the garden retained an air of vibrant richness. Age-old oaks, palms and tropical vegetation line the little mountain stream that winds its way down from the southern slopes of Table Mountain. The garden rambles on into a 'green belt' of undisturbed meadow running through the whole of Constantia. The rooms are situated on the second storey of this gracious home, and are reached via a central staircase. One room has a separate entrance from the garden. All rooms are equipped with tea trays and bar fridges, television and have en-suite bathrooms. Three rooms offer twin beds and one a double bed. All bathrooms have showers, and one is also furnished with a bath. Downstairs you'll find an airy lounge at your disposal, while breakfast is served either in the dining room or on the patio. The accommodation consists of one self-catering cottage with 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & dressing table with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be replaced with a double bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet. The Perch

The Perch is situated in the centrally located residential suburb Pinelands. We are a fully equipped self-catering cottage that is best suited to sleep up to 3 persons. The cottage main bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed in a converted sitting room which can sleep another. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, hob and toaster oven, kettle, crockery, utensils and full size fridge. DSTV and WiFi is available. Linens and towels are provided. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided on your arrival. The cottage features interesting décor, from the South American furniture to the beautiful pieces of artwork in every room. The cottage has a separate entrance and secure parking for up to 2 small cars. The cottage also features a small private outdoor courtyard to enjoy the fresh Cape air. The Perch has converted to mainly solar power now so be assured that you will not be without lights and plugs during load shedding!Close to the cottage you will find shops and restaurants (within walking distance- approx 1 km) and scattered throughout Pinelands are lovely small parks for children to play in. Pinelands is within about 10 km from Cape Town International Airport in one direction and about 10 km from Cape Town City Centre and the Waterfront in the other direction.
